The topic of this internship is on Product Development of Sweetness Solutions: Join the Chilled Dairy team to explore innovative approaches in reducing sugar and/or replacing artificial sweeteners in dairy products. During this internship you will work on multiple aspects of product development of various fresh dairy products (milk drinks, fermented drinks, custards, yoghurts or quarks) to improve product quality (sweetness perception), nutritional value (less added sugar) and consumer appeal (natural solutions).
The internship activities will focus on exploring the potential of natural sweetness solutions to improve the quality of fresh dairy products, developing naturally sweetened products without added sugars or artificial sweeteners.
Important aspects you will work on are:
- Innovation and renovation of fresh dairy products including milk drinks, fermented drinks, custards, yoghurts and quarks.
- Design and conduct experiments, analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions to support product development.
- Maintain detailed records of research activities, including experimental procedures, data analysis, and results.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the team and stakeholders.
- Assisting in different ongoing projects within the team.
