We're looking for:

• A Master's degree (or equivalent thinking level) in Process Technology or Process Engineering.
• Deep expertise and an active network in membrane process technology.
• Industry experience in process manufacturing, food or pharma is a strong plus.
• The ability to influence and motivate people at all levels from operators to senior stakeholders.
• Project leadership skills or the drive and potential to develop them.
• Fluency in Dutch or English, both written and spoken.
• Strong planning and organizational skills: you bring structure without losing agility.
• The confidence to own your expertise and lead from it: you speak up, take ownership, and make things happen.

Employment benefits: 

• Salary between €4.478 and €6.077 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role; 
• A workweek of 32 to 38 hours, 5% year-end allowance, 10% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme; 
• A train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way); 
• 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours;

Join a team of 25 passionate technologists and take ownership of our membrane operations, one of the most critical parts of our production. As Senior Membrane Technologist, you drive real impact:

• You improve membrane processes to boost safety, quality, yield, and sustainability while cutting costs.
• You lead root cause analyses, solve complex process deviations, and turn problems into solutions.
• You own cross-disciplinary improvement projects from scope to delivery, acting as process licensor.
• You build deep technical expertise and connect the dots between membrane processes across our plants.
• You inspire, sharing knowledge across FrieslandCampina and bringing fresh ideas from outside in.
• You advise internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your network to stay ahead of the curve.

Our Technology team in Veghel is a group of 25 technologists ranging from fresh talent to seasoned experts with 30 years of experience. We're a team that genuinely enjoys what we do. We debate technical challenges over lunch, go for walks to clear our heads, and look out for each other in the open-plan office where help is always just a few steps away. Our culture is refreshingly flat. Need to talk to the operations or logistics manager? Just walk over, no appointment needed.
