Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support problem-solving activities and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and high-performance work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven leadership and people management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, food safety regulations, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
