Job Description Header: 
We are looking for a Regional Channel Marketing Manager – Coffee & Tea / QSR (Asia) to lead operator-centric channel strategy and activation across multiple Asian markets. Based in Singapore, this role drives portfolio growth, innovation, and commercial impact by translating regional priorities into practical, locally relevant marketing solutions in close partnership with operating companies.
Job Description: 

As the Regional Channel Marketing Manager – Coffee & Tea / QSR, you will own the regional channel strategy and execution for Asia, focusing on accelerating growth through insight-led, application-driven, and operator-focused solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute operator-centric channel strategies for Coffee & Tea and QSR across Asia, grounded in market and operator insights.
  • Translate regional strategic priorities into clear 12-quarter plans in partnership with local operating companies.
  • Drive portfolio growth through effective activation, innovation (NPD), and white-space opportunities, including new business and geographic expansion.
  • Co-lead the innovation pipeline with Marketing, Culinary, and R&D teams, ensuring strong, executable launch and activation plans.
  • Build and roll out practical selling tools, application frameworks, and digital toolkits that enhance operator engagement and scalability.
  • Monitor portfolio and campaign performance using data-driven dashboards, optimizing mix, relevance, and commercial results.
  • Support QSR new account development with compelling menu solutions and activation plans.
  • Lead regional improvements in ways of working, including digital adoption and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and local marketing, commercial, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and strong in-market execution.
  • Manage and develop a small regional team while influencing stakeholders across multiple markets and cultures.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in foodservice, QSR, or Coffee & Tea channels.
  • Strong background in regional and local marketing, innovation, campaign development, and project management.
  • Proven commercial mindset with experience driving growth and managing complex, multi-market stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative thinker with strong influencing and communication skills.
