Assistant Trade Category Manager •Candidate ideally should possess Bachelors/Master’s degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in the relevant industry, preferably in sales/trade marketing roles.•Thorough knowledge of Sales & Distribution•Ability to effectively work in teams and collaborate with stakeholders•Candidate must possess good analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
Munkaköri leírás:
•Develop & execute corporate plan for the category to deliver on volume, market share, market execution and distribution objectives•Create and manage trade marketing activity calendar including trade and consumer promotions, merchandising tools/activities, channel and customer specific plans through effective coordination with all stakeholders •Effectively manage discounts budget for the category with appropriate allocation across activity and channel types•Strong coordination with brand, supply chain, finance and sales teams for driving execution on corporate plan objectives and monthly trade plans for the category •Develop and execute effective launch plans for NPDs successful launches•Coordinate with field teams to effectively drive category annual and monthly objectives, finding opportunities and executing targeted plan for driving growth •Driving excellent visibility and in-store executions across trade for the category•Using market intel, category and shopper insights and kpi analysis to develop successful competitive strategies for winning in market•Candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience along with Trade Marketing/Shopper Marketing role.
