Then this is the role for you! We are looking for a Talent Intelligence Partner in China to join our Talent & Leadership Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will turn attraction, retention and talent & performance data into real insights for talent decisions across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

In this role, your main responsibilities and deliverables include:

• Analyze internal talent data and external labor market trends to identify talent risks, critical capability gaps, and future workforce needs, translating insights into actionable workforce planning recommendations.
• Leverage talent, assessment and skills data to identify internal talent opportunities and accelerate internal mobility.
• Partner with HRDs, HRBPs and business leaders to translate business strategy into talent demand, critical capability, and succession implications.
• Provide competitor and labor market intelligence to support hiring, employer branding and talent retention strategies.
• Work closely with the regional Employer Branding Partner and Talent Acquisition partner to execute the Global TA strategy.
• Ensure implementation of Talent Management & Performance Management practices (competencies and skills framework, internal mobility, running regional

talent forums/councils, initiate PM cycle in the business), in close collaboration with HRBP/HRDs.

• Provide high-quality talent insights to relevant stakeholders to inform decision making in a way that supports the execution of the BG/OpCo and FC Talent & Leadership Strategy.

The CoE Talent & Leadership is responsible for design, development and deployment of high-quality initiatives that help to standardize our ways of working across regions and upskill our talent capability and quality of our leadership pipeline. Within this CoE, we focus globally on the areas of Talent Development, Leadership and Performance management. In this role you will work closely on Talent Management, Performance and Leadership topics and help realize our ambition to unleash the potential of our people.
You will report to the Talent Intelligence Manager. The team also includes our Global Traineeship Coordinator and the Global Talent & Performance Manager and Specialist.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Partner in the region.
