The Global Supply Chain Technology team is looking for an experienced Process Design expert who can bring our powder factories to the next level. Do you have a proven track record in process design and process optimisation? And does a leading role as senior process technologist suits you?

Vacancy Description
Lead and initiate the development, optimization and testing of new and existing production processes. You are responsible for the conceptual design and engineering in multidisciplinary teams with the aim of creating new, innovative, predictable and controlled production processes, by:
• Developing process concepts for new product development projects in close co-operation with M&S and R&D and seek and identify optimal solutions to meet customer requirements.
• State of the art process selection and introducing technological innovations to make our products and processes better, smarter and more sustainable.
• Continuously identify, develop and implement process optimisation opportunities by combining knowledge shared within the company, and outside expertise.
• Lead Root-Cause-Analysis of complex problems within the factory.
• You act as process licensor in Capex projects and develop technology master plans based on strategy requirements and vision
