We are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Planner – Finished Goods to drive supply planning excellence and ensure the efficient flow of products throughout our supply chain.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining supply plans that balance customer service, inventory, and operational efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify risks, resolve supply challenges, and continuously improve planning processes to support business growth.
What You'll Do
Develop & Manage Supply Plans
- Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels and working capital.
- Translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans across production and distribution networks.
Monitor Inventory & Supply Performance
- Monitor inventory health, stock coverage, and service levels to maintain the right balance between product availability and inventory investment.
- Track inventory-related KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory replenishment strategies to support business and customer requirements.
Identify & Mitigate Supply Risks
- Proactively identify supply constraints, capacity limitations, and potential disruptions.
- Develop and drive mitigation plans with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of supply chain issues to minimize business impact.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Demand Planning to align supply plans with the latest demand forecasts.
- Partner with Manufacturing to ensure production plans support business needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Logistics, and Commercial teams to deliver strong customer service performance.
Support Business Growth Initiatives
- Support new product launches, promotions, and business projects by evaluating supply and inventory impacts.
- Provide planning recommendations to ensure successful market execution.
Champion Continuous Improvement
- Drive improvements in supply planning processes, systems, and reporting.
- Support initiatives focused on inventory optimization, planning efficiency, and working capital reduction.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through robust analysis and insights.
What We Ask
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or related Supply Chain functions
- Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, replenishment, and planning processes
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge of S&OP, IBP, and supply chain planning best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries is an advantage
