Tiêu đề mô tả công việc:  This role contributes to FrieslandCampina’s success by strengthening project management capability within the Commercialization team of Customer SC AMC. It supports Fighting Units in launching new products quickly and with high quality. The Project Manager leads cross‑functional projects and portfolios, drives change and innovation in Consumer Dairy, and aligns diverse stakeholders to deliver the Consumer Dairy strategy.

As a Customer Supply Chain Project Manager at FrieslandCampina, you are responsible for leading medium to large-scale, cross‑functional projects from idea to implementation, creating measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead medium to large projects such as New Product Development (NPD), tenders, new market rollouts, local redesigns, contingency projects, and CAPEX‑related innovation initiatives
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, design, execution, and closure
  • Identify and collect business requirements, define project scope and objectives, and build feasibility assessments and business cases
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timeline, resources, budget, risks, quality, and organizational requirements
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project teams and manage execution using project controls (time, cost, quality, risk, information, and organization)
  • Manage project stage gates and adjust plans when needed to ensure successful delivery
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while creating risk awareness among stakeholders
  • Ensure structured and timely project communication and reporting in line with FrieslandCampina standards and tools
  • Deliver projects in line with agreed objectives, budget, and planning, and ensure proper handover to the business
  • Evaluate project outcomes together with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices

What We Ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in FMCG or supply chain environments
  • Proven experience managing medium to large, cross‑functional projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and business case development
  • Ability to lead and coach project teams in a matrix organization
  • Proactive, structured, and result‑oriented mindset
