Are you passionate about turning insights into growth strategies? We are hiring a Sales Capability Manager ensuring the company sales organisation is well- equipped to reach its maximum capability to implement company strategies and deliver annual targets through development of People, Process and Technology.
Stellenbeschreibung:
- Capability building for Sales team
- Address competency gaps of each individual and team through variety of methodology (TNA, survey, observation,…)
- Design, develop and implement comprehensive annual sales capability agenda that fulfil the competency gaps and ensure the development of knowledge, sales leadership skills and disciplines
- Owner onboarding program to ensure fundamental knowledge and skills
- Ensure sales equipment (sales kit, AAFS) are developed and utilised for the development of sales capability.
- Conduct “Train the trainer” program
- Implement systems and metrics to measure the success of all sales capability development initiatives
- Engagement
- Design, communicate, track and measure efficiency of engagement program (sales contest program,…)
- Owner sales’ communication (DT decoration, nomination,…)
- Talent development
- Design and own the talent development program to ensure field force pipeline
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
