The traineeship gives you exposure to different areas within Commerce, such as Shopper Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, Category Management and B2B Sales. As a Global Trainee in Commerce, you will work with colleagues across functions and markets, gaining a broad understanding of how commercial strategies are developed and brought to life.

You will join a global trainee cohort with talents from different functions, countries and backgrounds. Together, you will be part of an energetic learning community where you can exchange ideas, share experiences and build a strong network across FrieslandCampina.
