• Lead and implement QA/QC strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee quality across raw milk procurement, production, and retail.
• Manage internal and external audits and certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality culture.
• Provide insights and reports for decision-making.
• Lead and develop quality teams across locations.
• Ensure crisis management and risk mitigation for product quality.
• Support innovation and product launches with risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
