Job Description Header:
Provide technical support to the E&I/OT team in execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and basic installation activities. The role supports electricians, instrumentation and automation technicians during routine and breakdown jobs, ensuring timely restoration of equipment and safe execution of maintenance activities.
Job Description:
The vacancy is required to strengthen the E&I/OT maintenance support structure. The resource will assist the technical team in daily maintenance activities across Electrical, Instrumentation and OT/Automation systems, including equipment isolation, dismantling/assembly, cable routing, housekeeping, tool handling, basic inspection and support during breakdowns and PM activities.This position plays a vital role in execution of day-to-day Automation activities. From calibration to PLC backup and client health check this position support for execution.The position will provide essential field-level support to skilled technicians and engineers, enabling them to focus on higher-level troubleshooting, technical interventions and improvement activities.
Job Description Footer:
The E&I/OT team is responsible for maintaining Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation/OT systems across the plant, covering production, utilities and critical process equipment.The team supports routine PM, corrective maintenance, breakdown response, troubleshooting, calibration, equipment modification, automation interventions and improvement projects. Due to the wide technical scope and continuous operational requirements, adequate supporting manpower is required to maintain effective field coverage and timely execution of maintenance activities.Thia position will provide supporting manpower to the skilled E&I/OT workforce and improve utilization of technical resources by reducing time spent by technicians on non-skilled/support activities.
