With 18,000 member farmers and offices in Europe, APAC and China, FCP aims to drive farmer profit in the B2B channel by providing value-adding solutions and becoming the go-to-partner dairy partner for operators.
We're currently looking for an Account Manager - Semi Industry Channel who will be responsible to enable scalable growth by improving operational efficiency and freeing up time for commercial development.

Vacancy description:
- Manage day-to-day operations for small and medium accounts
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer requests
- Monitor and resolve customer claims and quality issues
- Support forecasting and reporting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Quality)
- Support commercial activities such as customer proposals and visit preparation
The position acts as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and customers.
