Job Description Header:
The Territory Sales Manager (OOH – Rawalpindi) is responsible for overseeing sales operations and ensuring the achievement of company sales targets within the assigned territory.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, driving new businesses, managing existing volumes, supervising distribution operations.Achieve primary and secondary sales volume and value targets for the assigned territory while ensuring consistent product availability and maintaining strong business partner ROI.Drive effective field execution by improving key distribution KPIs, including outlet productivity, new outlet inductions, key outlet development, and optimized drop size.Plan, prepare, and manage monthly sales budgets for distributors, ensuring cost efficiency, profitability, and sustainable ROI.Manage key Food Service channels including HoReCa, Business & Industry, HELT, and Armed Forces segments to ensure strong market coverage and business expansion.
