• You are successful in this role when you have built products which deliver a Unified RGM Engine. We are moving toward architecture where insights are served via a central cockpit in the short midterm but will be executed by AI Agents tomorrow. • You have finished a Master’s degree in a Quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business analytics, Artificial intelligence etc.).
• 5+ years experience in data science• You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change.
• You embrace the process of trial and error and learn from both successes and failures. Like us, you are always seeking to improve and innovate.
• You have strong programming skills in Python and prioritize quality code.
• You debug the behaviors of the models not just the code.
• You have a natural curiosity over explainability of non-deterministic models.

Specifically, the RGM Data Scientist will:
- Operate in a complex landscape where milk price volatility meets fast-moving consumer demands. To win in retail, we are transforming how we manage value. We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong focus on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to drive the design and evolution of high-quality, scalable data models that enable commercial decision-making.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating complex RGM use cases (pricing, promotions, trade spend, customer profitability) into robust data science models that power analytics and insights across the organization.
- Develop data science solutions: To meet current business-needs applying the latest technologies and developments Data Scientist. Owns development aspects of the engagement and integrates user experience towards framing data products
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in Data Science and share these with the team.
- Construct reusable data science libraries: Assist in creating re-usable code base from solutions we have created earlier.
- Be an advocate for data science in the organization
- Drive business awareness on senior management level about the LLM use cases and potential of those. Drive innovation through thought leadership.
- Ensure to bring knowledge from other projects and similar domains internally and externally.
- Be recognized as a trusted advisor by business product owners and coach within data science community of practice.
