Join FrieslandCampina Thailand as a Corporate R&D Manager, where you will lead the country's R&D function and shape the innovation pipeline that drives business growth and consumer satisfaction. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee new product development, product renovation, compliance, packaging innovation, and value-engineering initiatives while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Global R&D teams. 

You will be responsible for defining and executing the local R&D strategy, managing a team of product and packaging development professionals, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovation projects from concept to commercialization. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to translate consumer insights into winning products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and nutrition.

Main Accountabilities

• Define and lead the R&D vision, strategy, and development roadmap for FrieslandCampina Thailand in partnership with local and global stakeholders. 
• Manage a balanced portfolio of New Product Development (NPD), product renovation, compliance, technology, and value-engineering projects. 
• Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align innovation priorities with business objectives. 
• Influence business decisions and resource allocation to maximize growth opportunities and mitigate risks in line with strategic business plans.
• Ensure flawless execution of the innovation pipeline and timely delivery of R&D projects through the FrieslandCampina stage-gate process. 
• Lead, coach, and develop the Thailand R&D team, including talent management, capability building, and performance development.
• Establish and manage the annual R&D budget while ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Continuously improve R&D processes, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency. 
• Identify emerging ingredients, technologies, and product formats to create differentiated consumer offerings. 
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, regulatory, and FrieslandCampina standards across all R&D activities.
