What we Ask
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Supply Chain Quality, or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, and quality auditing
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, distributor quality management, and customer quality support
- Knowledge of regulatory and customer quality requirements within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SAP and Power BI is an added advantage

Vacancy Description
1. Quality & Food Safety Governance:
Ensure Customer Supply Chain and Commercial processes comply with FrieslandCampina quality standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement quality procedures relating to warehousing, transportation, crisis management, complaints management, and store audits.
2. Audits & Market Surveillance:
Conduct distributor, warehouse, and market audits, competitor product evaluations, and market surveys to proactively identify risks and reduce complaints, returns, damages, and losses.
3. Customer & Regulatory Quality Support:
Manage quality and food safety communication with customers and regulatory authorities, addressing customer requirements, certificates, specifications, ingredient information, and food safety-related inquiries.
4. Risk Management for Innovation & Change:
Participate in commercialization and new product development projects, ensuring food safety and quality risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated at the earliest stages of implementation.
5. Third-Party Quality Management:
Audit and monitor outsourced partners, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure compliance with FrieslandCampina quality standards. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where required.
6. Complaints & Corrective Action Management:
Manage the end-to-end complaint handling process, analyze complaint trends, drive root cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce recurrence.
7. Customer Feedback & Quality Communication:
Drive a consistent approach to customer quality support and feedback management, leveraging insights to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen customer confidence in FrieslandCampina products.
8. Crisis & Incident Management:
Actively identify and escalate food safety and quality risks. Support crisis management activities, coordinate preparedness programs, facilitate training and mock exercises, and ensure adherence to crisis management procedures.
9. Continuous Improvement:
Drive quality improvement initiatives across the customer supply chain by leveraging data, trend analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to continuously enhance product quality and operational performance.
