The Quality Assurance Intern is responsible for supporting food safety, quality, and compliance initiatives within the manufacturing facility. This role coordinates pest control programs with external facility management service providers, executes quality assurance activities, supports Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits, and manages QA documentation through the company's document management system. The position also works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement objectives.
 
The job location is based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrates a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, with strong theoretical knowledge and a keen interest in problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix organization with both functional and hierarchical reporting structures.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
  • Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to work across functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
