Project Manager driving regional project delivery and innovation portfolio execution across Asia. Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic PPME initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams and OpCos to ensure high-quality execution, governance, and performance tracking. Focused on enhancing project management capabilities, accelerating pipeline delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Stellenbeschreibung: 
Lead regional project delivery and innovation initiatives across Asia, ensuring effective execution of strategic portfolios (PPME). Partners with cross-functional teams and local markets to drive performance, strengthen project management capabilities, and deliver continuous improvement and business impact.
Fußzeile der Stellenbeschreibung: 
  1. Drive Execution of PPME Projects
    •    Serve as the main point of contact for OpCos for all PPME-related project delivery support.
    •    Remove barriers, coordinate escalations, and enable effective decision-making to accelerate pipeline execution.
    •    Support OpCos in applying PPME methodologies, frameworks, and tools consistently
  2. Partner with Local PM Champions & PPME Leads
    •    Work closely with OpCo PM Champions and PPME Leads to uplift project management rigor and discipline.
    •    Strengthen execution capabilities and frameworks across markets.
    •    Facilitate cross-market learning, knowledge-sharing, and alignment on best practices.
  3. Reporting, Communication & Stakeholder Management
    •    Prepare and communicate regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports.
    •    Provide clear visibility on project progress, risks, escalations, and resolutions to regional and global stakeholders.
    •    Facilitate effective stakeholder alignment across OpCos and cross-functional teams.
  4. Governance Support
    •    Support the Portfolio & Project Manager in driving governance standards and processes across Asia.
    •    Ensure adherence to stage-gate discipline, documentation requirements, and approval workflows.
  5. Facilitate Idea Generation & Assessment for PPME Pipeline
    •    Organize ideation workshops to identify new PPME opportunities.
    •    Assess feasibility, business impact, and alignment with regional priorities.
    •    Support definition of project scope and alignment with cross-functional partners for execution readiness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, of which >6 years’ work experience in project management
  • Medium size projects/programs management involving multiple country and reports to MT of a BG will be added advantage.
  • Manages and demonstrated business planning and implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • High self-responsibility and accountability mindset
