As the Production Shift Manager， you will supervise daily production activities， ensuring safe work practices， product quality， and efficient operations. You will provide leadership to production operators， coordinate staffing， oversee process performance， and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include safety compliance， troubleshooting operational issues， monitoring production parameters， completing shift reporting， and maintaining strong communication with cross‑functional teams. 

The Production Shift Manager is a key member of the site leadership team， leading production employees and plays an important role in fostering teamwork， accountability， and engagement.
