In this role, you will be responsible for:
Delivering the production plan, in close collaboration with the Supply Chain department, ensuring cost‑efficient planning of the agreed products and timely delivery to internal customers.
Translating production plans into delivered volumes, by developing and maintaining an effective production organization. This includes operational planning, continuous improvement programs, and engineering activities, in order to ensure cost‑efficient production of the agreed products. You are accountable for all production‑related KPIs and for cascading them appropriately to the team.
Implementing and ensuring execution of plant quality policies, in line with OpCo strategy and applicable quality and legal requirements, to safeguard production processes and consistently deliver high‑quality products to customers.
Managing and controlling the production budgets of the plant, taking corrective actions when required and ensuring accurate and timely reporting, so that departments meet their budget commitments.
Leading and developing the production team, in compliance with FrieslandCampina Human Resources policies, fostering the required organizational structure, culture, and capabilities to achieve business objectives
