- Bachelor or Masters degree, preferably in B2B Marketing, Food Science or Supply Chain Management
- > 7 years of working experience
- Project lead for multi-disciplinary strategic projects
- Experience in B2B commerce, ideally complemented with experience in another discipline (Supply Chain, R&D)
- Result oriented with excellent problem solving, analytical and influencing skills
- Sufficient financial background, able to do pricing analysis, provide input to business cases and able to work with price models
- Able to work in complex matrix and network organization with multi-disciplinary approach
- Curious mindset with a passion for markets, products, and customer relationships

Employment benefits:
• Salary between €5,250 and €7,150 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
• A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 12,5% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
• Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).

As Product Group Manager WPI & MFGM, you are the strategic owner and driving force behind a portfolio of premium whey proteins and whey-derived bioactives. You define and execute product strategies, shape pricing approaches, and steer the long-term growth and profitability of the business. To realize our ambition of becoming a global leader in proteins and prebiotics, we are significantly strengthening our position in the whey protein category. This ambition is supported by an accelerated growth agenda built on innovation, portfolio diversification, strategic partnerships, and major investments. Across our production network, factories are being repositioned and expanded to unlock new opportunities and support the rapid growth expected in the coming years. In this role, you will be at the forefront of that transformation, playing a pivotal role in delivering our growth ambitions. You will lead and support a portfolio of strategic whey protein growth initiatives, taking end-to-end ownership from concept to commercialization. Success requires orchestrating complex cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery. You actively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, align priorities, facilitate informed decision-making, and proactively resolve challenges. By leveraging your network and collaborating closely with resource managers, you ensure the right expertise is available at the right moment. • Champion excellence in product management by owning key topics, sharing best practices, and strengthening the Product Group Management community.
The Ingredients business group focuses on high-end nutritional products and solutions for all life stages. The organization is divided into two market segments: Early Life & Cell Nutrition, focusing on ingredients for infant nutrition and research in the area of cell nutrition, and Adult Nutrition, with subsegments focusing on Performance Nutrition, Active Nutrition and Medical Nutrition. Our ingredients are developed and produced for Business-to-Business purposes. This means that we deliver ingredients and semi-finished products to our external customers, for them to use in their end products and sell them to consumers all over the world, depending on the specific market segment.
The team is part of FrieslandCampina Ingredients. The team consists of 15 Product Managers covering the entire portfolio of FrieslandCampina Ingredients. You will be part of the PGM team and report into the Manager PGM Whey Ingredients.
