Key Responsibilities
Contract Management: Monitor automated catalog and contract uploads, investigate and resolve system and robotic process automation (RPA) incidents, perform data quality checks, and provide reporting on pricing, contract validity, and other contract-related information.
Coupa Functional Support: Provide first-line functional and technical support, conduct root cause analysis and resolution of integration and system issues, perform monitoring and control activities, support system upgrades and testing, and coordinate change requests with IT and relevant stakeholders.
Vendor Master Data Management: Manage vendor creation and maintenance, documentation, and bank account verification. Monitor data quality and system interfaces, execute mass data update activities, and ensure compliance with established controls and procedures.
Team and Operational Support: Serve as a senior point of contact within the team, provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members, support troubleshooting and escalation of complex cases, and ensure consistent application of processes and controls.
Continuous Improvement and Projects: Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and control enhancements. Participate in or independently lead improvement initiatives, testing activities, and the implementation of process or system changes.
Stakeholder Management and Problem Solving: Collaborate independently with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions, and ensure timely resolution while applying sound judgment and maintaining an end-to-end process perspective.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Vendor Master Data, Shared Services, or a related operational environment.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa, SAP, or other procurement/ERP systems, including troubleshooting, data management, and process support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, resolve system or process issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
