Job Description Header:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior PtP Process Control & Query Specialist to support Procure-to-Pay (PtP) operations. In this role, you will manage vendor and employee queries, perform reconciliations, monitor open items, support month-end closing activities, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization while driving process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and supporting operational excellence within a global shared services environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve vendor, employee and stakeholder queries accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with business partners, suppliers, and finance teams across multiple countries to support smooth Procure-to-Pay (PtP) operations.
- Perform reconciliations, monitor open items, and support month-end closing activities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Drive process improvements by participating in automation, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls, support reporting and compliance requirements, and contribute to operational excellence within a global shared services environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (PtP), Shared Services, or a related finance operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of PtP processes, financial controls, reconciliations, compliance requirements, and month-end closing activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve queries effectively and drive process improvements.
