Responsible for the daily execution of operational activities for GBDS Asia. Ensures the timely resolution of Coupa integration errors and the accurate maintenance of Coupa catalogs, webforms, SAP contracts, and vendor master data, while meeting SLA requirements. Drives efficient workflows and best practices, and collaborates closely with OpCos, GBDS PTP Operations, Excellence, Coupa Support Teams, IT, and EGRC to support business operations.

• Manage contract and catalog administration activities, including system monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and data quality checks across SAP and Coupa platforms.
• Provide first-line functional support for Coupa, including troubleshooting, user support, reporting, system testing, and coordination with IT on enhancements and change requests.
• Maintain vendor master data, including vendor creation, updates, bank account verification, data quality monitoring, and interface management between systems.
• Support procurement operations through reporting, controls, and data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and projects to drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
  
  

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement operations, or a related function, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment.
• Working knowledge of procurement systems and processes, with experience in SAP; exposure to Coupa is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
