We are seeking a strong PTP Leader to oversee Invoice Processing and Small Value Sourcing across our Asia business entities. This role is accountable for delivering operational KPIs, driving productivity, and leading continuous improvement initiatives at the team level.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing departmental strategy, including priority programs such as No PO No Pay, Touchless Invoicing, and Vendor Reduction, while fostering a high-performance, efficiency-driven culture.
The role also ensures a compliant operation through the implementation of internal controls and segregation of duties, while partnering closely with Risk & Control teams on audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide actionable insights on quantitative and qualitative performance trends through periodic and ad hoc reports and analyses, both on request and proactively.
- Lead and own Source-to-Pay (StP) governance across Operating Companies (OpCos) and Business Units, ensuring a disciplined cadence of performance tracking, metrics review, and follow-up actions.
- Establish and strengthen governance frameworks both:
- Vertically within the team and up-line management
- Horizontally across business units, process owners, and control teams
- Drive structured governance for query management, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely resolution across stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Oversee execution of operations in alignment with the Internal Control Framework and Segregation of Duties requirements.
- Contribute to departmental strategy (“Big Rocks”) and annual planning based on Procure-to-Pay expertise and team activities.
- Ensure the wider E2E P2P team is regularly updated on company performance, organizational changes, and key announcements.
- Develop a solution-oriented, customer-focused team with strong end-to-end P2P process understanding.
- Lead performance reporting cycles by ensuring timely and accurate preparation of KPI/OPI reports (e.g., QBR, MBR, SPR) in line with defined standards and governance.
- Present insights and performance updates in key review forums (MBR/SPR), highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Safeguard the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
