The PTP Content & Vendor Master Data Specialist supports GBDS Asia by executing daily operational activities with accuracy and efficiency. This role ensures timely resolution of Coupa integration issues and maintains high data quality across Coupa catalogs, webforms, SAP contracts, and vendor master data in line with SLA requirements.
The position drives standardized workflows and best practices, while collaborating closely with OpCos, GBDS PTP Operations, Excellence teams, Coupa support, IT, and EGRC to ensure smooth and compliant business operations.
What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PTP (Procure-to-Pay), preferably within a GBDS/GBS environment in an international company
- Good understanding of procurement processes and systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP; exposure to Coupa is an advantage
- Shared Services / GBS experience is a plus
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy and system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

Scope of Responsibilities
1. Contract Management
- Monitor robot upload success rates for Coupa catalogs and webforms; investigate and resolve any incidents
- Track robot performance for SAP contract uploads and troubleshoot errors as needed
- Generate reports on pricing and validity for Coupa catalogs and SAP contracts
- Perform ongoing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
2. Coupa Functional Support (PTP in the Cloud)
- Act as first-line support for Coupa technical and functional issues
- Analyze and resolve system issues (including integration errors), collaborating with support teams when required
- Perform system monitoring, error handling, and troubleshooting
- Maintain end-user reporting views and distribute control reports
- Conduct periodic data reconciliations
- Support system testing, analysis, and validation during upgrades or new releases
- Coordinate with IT on change request management
3. Vendor Master Data Maintenance
- Create and maintain vendor master data based on procurement requests
- Verify supporting documents in line with established checklists
- Perform vendor bank account verification to ensure data integrity
- Monitor and maintain vendor data quality standards
- Execute mass vendor inactivation activities where required
- Generate reports and monitor vendor data interfaces (SAP → DSP → Coupa)
4. Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support implementation of system and process enhancements
