Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be building effective, results-driven partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as barista and chef associations, key account customers, and agencies. Vacancy Description
- Develop a clear, ambitious, and integrated marketing plan focusing on solid consumer and customer insights, market trends, and best practices from other regions. The target is to maintain and enhance our status as the preferred dairy brands for food professionals, including our key brands Debic and Local Jewel.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all marketing activations—both online and offline—that drive brand preference and strengthen market presence across multiple channels.
- Take ownership of new product development and launches, ensuring strong portfolio plays in focus categories and sales channels to maximise brand growth and market penetration.
- Oversee the brands’ profit and loss (P&L) and manage advertising and promotion (A&P) budgets, ensuring strategic investment on key growth drivers and maximising return on marketing investment.
- Collaborate closely with regional channel and category marketing teams to align country-level strategies with broader brand direction and priorities, fostering cohesion across markets.
- Lead and mentor in-house baristas and chefs to develop compelling content, recipes, and demonstrations that engage food professionals and support brand activation.
- Work with external partners such as chef and barista associations, external agencies, and key account customers to build strategic partnerships and synergies that amplify marketing impact.
