We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Supply Chain Finance Manager to partner with Operations and lead financial performance across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. This role is pivotal in driving cost efficiency, enhancing decision-making, and delivering sustainable value while ensuring strong financial governance.

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to Supply Chain and Operations leaders, providing strategic insights that influence key business decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end cost management across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics, with a strong focus on efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee inventory and CAPEX management, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and optimal investment outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring compliance, strong governance, and best-in-class financial practices.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with strong exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
  • Proven track record of business partnering with senior operational stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of cost management, inventory control, and performance analytics within a supply chain setting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and advanced Excel/financial modelling capabilities.
