Strategic Business Partnering•Act as primary finance business partner to the Operations Director, providing financial insight, challenge, and support on operational and strategic decisions.•Partner closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution, and Supply Chain leadership to drive performance and efficiency.•Support cost optimization, continuous improvement, and productivity initiatives, ensuring benefits are delivered and reflected in the P&L.Cost, Inventory & Performance Management•Own and control supply chain costs, including conversion costs, logistics & distribution, overheads, and operational losses.•Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, performance review, and variance analysis.•Analyze cost drivers (volume, efficiency, material losses) and actively drive corrective actions with Operations.•Manage inventory performance (DIO, aging, obsolescence) and provisioning in close collaboration with Operations and Planning teams.Inventory & CAPEX•Lead annual stock counts and fixed asset verification; ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closure.•Act as finance lead for CAPEX, including business case development, investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.•Partner with Operations and Project teams on CAPEX execution, IAR preparation, and capitalization.Governance, Controls & Reporting•Ensure strong financial controls, audits, and policy compliance across Supply Chain activities.•Own Supply Chain Finance month-end closing and deliver clear, actionable management insights.•Coordinate reporting requirements with Shared Services / FSSC and relevant stakeholders.Leadership & Team Management•Lead, coach, and develop 2 direct reports within the Supply Chain Finance team.•Ensure clear ownership, high-quality delivery, and continuous development of the team.•Foster a proactive, hands-on, and performance-driven culture.Key RequirementsEducation & Experience•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)•Professional accounting qualification preferred, such as: ACCA, CIMA, CMA, CPA or local equivalent•8-10 years of finance experience, preferably in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / FMCG environments.•Strong business partnering experience with senior operational stakeholders.•People management experience preferred.Skills & Competencies•Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.•Solid SAP / ERP knowledge; strong Excel and PowerPoint capability.•Confident, proactive, and comfortable challenging senior stakeholders constructively.
