As the Sustainability & Investor Relations Lead, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad's sustainability agenda and strengthening our ESG governance, investor confidence and long-term value creation. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Director, you will work closely with the Managing Director, senior leadership team and cross-functional business leaders to integrate sustainability into business strategy, governance and decision-making.You will lead the development and execution of the company's sustainability roadmap, ensuring alignment with Bursa Malaysia requirements, the National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF) and evolving ESG expectations. Working closely with Finance, Legal, Audit, Risk, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Commercial and FrieslandCampina's regional/Global sustainability teams, you will strengthen sustainability governance, reporting quality and enterprise readiness.On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee sustainability disclosures for the Integrated Annual Report, coordinate cross-functional ESG initiatives, improve reporting governance and data quality, and ensure the organisation is prepared for increasing regulatory and stakeholder expectations. You will also lead sustainability initiatives related to climate transition, packaging, responsible sourcing, nutrition, social impact and operational resilience.Beyond sustainability, you will partner with Management and Finance to strengthen investor relations by developing credible ESG narratives, supporting analyst engagements, Annual General Meeting materials and investor communications that reinforce market confidence. You will assess emerging sustainability trends, advise senior leadership on governance and disclosure implications, and help position sustainability as a key driver of business resilience and competitive advantage.Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence across functions without direct authority. You will engage regularly with senior leaders, governance committees, regulators, investors and external stakeholders, translating complex sustainability and business issues into practical, credible and actionable outcomes.Your work will directly contribute to strengthening Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad's sustainability performance, governance maturity, stakeholder trust and reputation as one of Malaysia's leading responsible dairy nutrition companies.
