As an Intern in PTP Team, you will learn, explore and support end-to-end Procure-to Pay (PTP) activities in ASIA, in line with strategy, policy and guidelines in such a way that the operational and tactical PTP processes run efficiently and effectively meeting the agreed service levels ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilites
As an Intern, you will support one or more PtP processes, including invoice processing, invoice receipt (scanning), procurement operations (buying), and query management.
1. Procurement & Helpdesk Support
- Assist in processing purchase requisitions in line with company policies
- Support indirect materials and services requests in Coupa/SAP systems
- Help resolve basic invoice mismatches and escalate when required
- Monitor and log blocked invoice issues for team follow-up
- Provide first-level support for PtP queries via ServiceNow
- Maintain data accuracy and system hygiene
2. Invoice Receipt & Processing
- Assist in invoice processing in accordance with company guidelines
- Support daily operational tasks and assigned workloads
- Follow internal control procedures to ensure compliance
- Report issues or discrepancies to senior team members
- Support simple Month-End Close (MEC) activities
- Assist in handling supplier and OpCo queries, escalating as needed
3. Learning & Development
- Gain exposure to key initiatives (e.g., No PO No Pay, Touchless Invoicing)
- Support and observe continuous improvement activities
- Learn cross-functional collaboration within the PtP process
