We are looking for a Customer Development Manager in FMCG to own the business, drive growth, and manage key accounts in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The role involves building strong relationships, executing strategic plans, and delivering results in-store.

Job Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers at Mydin, AEON Big, Caring Group Pharmacy, Healthlane Pharmacy, Alpro Pharmacy, and AA Pharmacy.
- Act as the main point of contact for all commercial discussions, promotions, and issue resolution.
Business Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement customer business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiate listings, trade terms, and promotional activities to maximize visibility and sales.
- Ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising standards.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and promotional ROI.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and address gaps.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with supply chain, trade marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with field sales teams and merchandisers to drive execution at the store level.
Multitasking & Ownership:
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Take full ownership of account performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG account management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies and drive business impact.
