We are recruiting a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead the global DMS Center of Excellence (COE) within the IT Commerce Team. The role is responsible for DMS strategy, service management, governance, implementation standards, vendor management, project delivery and continuous improvement. You will drive global DMS adoption, market rollouts, retrofits and technology innovation while delivering scalable, standardized and business-aligned solutions across operating companies.
Your key responsibilities:
1. DMS Capability Ownership & COE Leadership
• Own the global DMS service management, capability roadmap and product vision.
• Define solution standards, architecture principles and implementation methodology.
• Govern solution consistency across operating companies.
• Evaluate new capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Develop reusable implementation templates and accelerators. Maintain implementation playbooks.
• Coach Business Analysts and implementation teams.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Establish governance for solution quality.
2. IT Strategy
• Provides input for domain IT strategy and strategic portfolio planning/ Roadmap
• Prioritization of innovation / change in cooperation with business owners. Business partner for business stakeholders (e.g. Senior Management)
3. Vendor & Product Management
• Manage relationships with DMS partner.
• Influence vendor product roadmap.
• Evaluate partner capabilities.
• Coordinate product upgrades.
• Lead solution selection where required.
• Co-drive commercial discussions alongside procurement.
4. Knowledge Expert & Advisor
• Possesses a deep understanding of the assigned business area. E2E process and technology knowledge
• Coaches colleagues on way of working.• Be the trustworthy advisor (person to go to) for identifying opportunities and risks for solution development
5. Program & Project Delivery
• Lead end-to-end DMS implementation projects across new operating companies.
• Lead retrofit and capability expansion initiatives for existing markets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define implementation scope and rollout strategy.
• Ensure successful delivery across scope, timeline, quality and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and market stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, issues and executive communications.
• Support transition into hypercare and business-as-usual support.
What we ask
12+ years working experience and relevant track record working in multinationals in the field of IT
Experience in sales IT capabilities (DMS), project / solution / product / vendor management.
Experience with managing senior management stakeholders
A recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills: written and verbal
