Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage operational treasury activities, including payment processing, bank statement reconciliations, foreign currency transactions, and cash management.
• Prepare, review, and execute weekly payment runs, manual payments, supplier finance payments, and other treasury-related transactions accurately and on time.
• Administer bank access controls, including granting, reviewing, and revoking user access in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
• Monitor and forecast cash flows, including incoming and outgoing payments, in-house cash positions, and payment calendars.
• Perform daily cash application activities and ensure accurate booking of bank transactions, payment differences, foreign exchange gains and losses, and forward currency transactions.
• Resolve internal and external treasury-related inquiries and provide second-line support via phone and email.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Control Framework (ICF) requirements and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, proposing optimization initiatives, supporting automation efforts, and participating in cross-functional projects.
• Support governance activities, stakeholder engagement, service reviews, and act as a first-level escalation point for operational issues.
• Prepare ad hoc and recurring reports while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PtP), Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury, Banking, or Finance within an international or multicultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, payment processing, cash management, accounting principles, and financial controls.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; exposure to process automation, Shared Services (SSC), or Global Business Services (GBS) environments is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities in a multicultural setting.
• Proactive and accountable team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and continuous improvement skills; experience supporting global operations is preferred.
