The purpose of this role as People Services Officer Tier 1 is to process 1st line employee requests. This role is responsible for providing timely and effective 1st line HR support to employees. This role is a regional role, supporting ASIA MEPA countries.

Processing end to end service requests on for example, hours and declarations, workforce administration, contracting, onboarding, learning administration, total rewards.Keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date.Connecting data from various HR systems.Keeping processes and work instructions up to date within the areas of responsibility.Continuously standardize and improve processes to strengthen Tier 0Tech Savvy in HR SystemsFirst line in HR to manage employee inquiries, tickets and chats management.
