Temporary Full Time Role in Paramus, NJ
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and manage digital and physical documentation and records.
- Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, communications, and other business documents.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and support meeting logistics.
- Record, distribute, and track meeting minutes, action items, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication by providing project updates and status information.
- Support employee inquiries and provide professional assistance on HR-related matters.
- Develop and maintain HR knowledge articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy requirements.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Generalist, project coordination, or similar administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management resources.
You will be part of the Human Resources team, partnering closely with project stakeholders, employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to support project implementation and employee services.
