The Sales Support Officer plays a key role in supporting Sales Managers and cross‑functional teams across the Latin America & Pacific region. This position ensures the efficient execution of sales operations, contributes to forecast accuracy, and provides analytical insights that help drive sustainable business growth.
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams, acting as a critical link between strategy and execution while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key activities include:
- coordinating daily commercial operations with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
- managing master data, pricing, discounts, and rebate agreements
- supporting product listings, promotions, and article registrations.
- assist Sales with planning activities, customer reviews, and execution of sales initiatives
- prepare reports and presentations for business reviews
- support trade fairs and distributor events
- manage POS ordering processes
- assist with customer onboarding and acceptance
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining a strong customer focus.
What We Ask
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience a minimum of 3 years.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or account management; experience in multinational or multi‑entity environments is a strong
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a higher‑level thinking approach
- Advanced understanding of forecasting methodologies and data analysis
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate objectives into effective customer communication
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to execute plans accurately in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong customer focus and relationship‑building skills
- Results‑driven, proactive, and self‑motivated working style
- Passion for sales with an ambition to develop into a Sales role
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end commercial processes, including branded and private label products
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
