The PTP Content & Vendor Master Data Specialist is primarily responsible for the daily execution of operational activities for Global Solution Services (GBS) Asia. 
The GBS PTP Content & Control team ensures that all Coupa integration error is being managed timely; Coupa Catalog & webform & SAP contract is being uploaded correctly; Vendor Masterdata maintenance is set up correctly; terms of the service level agreement are consistently met; and that efficient workflows and best practices are adopted.

What we ask

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement or Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university
• At least 4 years of experience in the GBS PTP within an international company.
• Knowledge of Procurement applications and processes
• Exposure to SAP
• Exposure to Coupa is an added advantage
• Shared service, GBS experience is an added advantage

Scope of Responsibilities

• Manage contract-related activities by monitoring robot upload success rates for Coupa catalogs, webforms, and SAP contracts in the PTP system; proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve any robot-related incidents to ensure smooth operations
• Generate and maintain reports on pricing, contract validity, and compliance for both Coupa catalogs and SAP contracts; perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of contract data
• Provide first-level functional and technical support for Coupa (PTP Cloud), including issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution of system and integration errors, in collaboration with relevant support and IT teams
• Perform ongoing system monitoring, error handling, and control checks; maintain and enhance end-user reporting views; create and distribute periodic control and performance reports to stakeholders
• Conduct regular data reconciliation activities and support testing, validation, and analysis during system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases; coordinate closely with IT on change request management and implementations
• Manage vendor master data processes, including creation, maintenance, and updates based on procurement requests; verify supporting documentation against defined checklists and perform vendor bank account validation to ensure compliance
• Monitor vendor master data quality, execute mass updates or inactivation of vendors where required, and generate relevant reports; oversee and ensure smooth data interface flow between SAP, DSP, and Coupa systems
• Drive and support continuous process improvement initiatives, identify inefficiencies and gaps in current workflows, and actively participate in process optimization projects and implementation of enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control
