Vacancy description:

As on Order-To-Serve Trainee, you'll play a key role in supporting our O2C (Order to Cash) team in essential daily tasks, including:

• Process and manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing.
• Check accurate customer master data and contract and forecast availability.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve order, delivery, stock, and invoicing issues.
• Communicate with customers regarding their orders and provide timely support throughout the order lifecycle.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and complaints following established procedures.
• Monitor service levels and identify potential risks or issues, escalating when needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to help optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by participating in knowledge sharing, training, and team initiatives.
• Enter and update customer orders.
• Use systems effectively for daily work.

What we ask:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Order processing or customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong intermediate level of English and Spanish (both oral & written) is a must
• User level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP and Salesforce experience is a huge advantage
• Precision, ability to work under pressure and attention to details
• Strong work ethics
• Availability to work at least 25-30 hours/week
