职位描述:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to coordinate operator competency development, skills assessment, and training programs. This role will work closely with Production, Learning & Development (L&D), and cross-functional stakeholders to establish operator competency standards, identify skill gaps, and support continuous capability development while contributing to Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the operator competency framework and skill matrix (Skill Levels 0–4).- Coordinate with Production and cross-functional departments to define competency requirements.- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and alignment on competency standards.- Plan, coordinate, and monitor operator skill assessments.- Work closely with assessors to ensure consistent and effective assessment execution.- Consolidate, analyze, and review assessment results.- Identify competency gaps and coordinate development plans to close identified gaps.- Coordinate training programs with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to address competency needs.- Monitor training progress and support the evaluation of training effectiveness.- Maintain competency and training records to ensure data accuracy and reporting.- Support Operational Excellence (OPEX) programs and other continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
