The OTC Service Representative plays a key role in customer operations ensuring efficient execution of complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, which is critical for safeguarding revenue, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing disputes and receiving cash.
What we ask:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Supply Chain, Logistics, or another customer operations role.
- Fluent English and Dutch OR French, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.
- Experience in invoicing, order processing, credit management, or complaint handling is a plus.
- FMCG or supply chain experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Eager to learn, improve processes, and collaborate across different teams.

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver day-to-day activities related to Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of customer-related activities. This role acts as a critical link between internal teams and customers, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction through the following key contributions:
- Process and manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing.
- Review quotations, pricing, contracts, and payment terms according to company guidelines.
- Oversee accurate customer master data and support contract administration.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve order, delivery, stock, and invoicing issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders and provide timely support throughout the order lifecycle.
- Process order changes, cancellations, and credit-related requests following established procedures.
- Monitor service levels and identify potential risks or issues, escalating when needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to help optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by participating in knowledge sharing, training, and team initiatives.
