Lead and oversee plant production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and cost targets are met. As part of the Production team, you will lead a diverse and dynamic workforce dedicated to delivering operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure efficient production processes and continuous improvement across the plant.

•    As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. 
•    You will oversee daily plant activities, including production planning, execution, maintenance coordination, and resource management to meet operational and business targets.
•    You will lead and coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Customer Supply Chain, Quality, CI, SHE, Technical Services, and HR to ensure alignment on production goals, product quality, and workforce capability. 
•    A key part of your role is to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while managing risks and maintaining operational excellence.
•    You will monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency (OEE), waste reduction, and cost performance, and take necessary actions to address gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
•    You are expected to identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve equipment reliability, and enhance overall plant performance.
•    As a leader, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, strengthening leadership capability across supervisors and operators, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
•    Location: San Pedro Plant, Philippine.
