Sales Compliance and DMS Manager responsible for driving adherence to sales policies, strengthening distributor operations, and enabling the effective use of systems and data to support business growth. Plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence and alignment across Alaska Milk Corporation’s commercial organization.

We are looking for a Sales Compliance and DMS Manager who will play a critical role in strengthening sales operations, ensuring compliance, and driving the adoption of digital capabilities across our distributor network.
This role supports the Sales Operations Manager in enabling distributor managers, zone leaders, and partner distributors to effectively implement AMC systems and processes. It ensures that all sales operations—from head office to field execution—adhere to established policies and global standards while continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Compliance & Policy Alignment
- Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures across all teams and distributors
- Monitor compliance through regular audits and identify gaps for resolution
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align with evolving standards
Data Management & Reporting
- Translate strategic sales targets into actionable and measurable plans
- Develop and manage performance tracking systems and databases
- Generate insights through data analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement
DMS Capability Enablement
- Drive adoption and integration of Distributor Management System (DMS) capabilities
- Partner with Commercial IT and Sales teams to ensure effective system utilization
- Support rollout and scaling of DMS initiatives across distributor operations
Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Capability, IT, and distributor partners
- Ensure alignment across all levels to deliver consistent and efficient execution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities
What We Ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, compliance, or distributor management (FMCG preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, systems, and distributor operations
- Experience working with DMS, data analytics, and reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Strong project management and execution skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Fluent in Filipino and English
