Leads and manages in-store and on-ground activations, including sampling, push selling, cooking demos, and trade conventions, as well as internal events (NCC, NPD launches), to deliver meaningful shopper and consumer engagement and bring our brands to life.
The Activations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of in-store and on-ground activations, from planning and execution to KPI monitoring and post-activity evaluation. The role plays a key part in building brand awareness and driving product trial across multiple brands and platforms, ultimately leading to conversion, offtake, and shopper/consumer loyalty.
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) and high-quality execution of all activation activities, in line with agreed KPIs and performance metrics. The Activations Manager ensures consistency, effectiveness, and impact of activations while continuously identifying opportunities to optimize results.
