Job Description: 

At Alaska Milk Corporation, we have been nourishing Filipino families for generations through trusted and high-quality dairy products. We are looking for a Distributor Manager – Bohol to lead distributor operations and drive sustainable business growth across the territory.

This role is responsible for developing distributor capabilities, growing sales and market share, improving distribution reach, and ensuring excellence in execution. The successful candidate will work closely with distributor teams and internal stakeholders to deliver strong business results while building lasting partnerships.

What you'll do:

Drive Sales Growth

  • Deliver sales, volume, distribution, and market share targets for the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to maximize business performance

Manage Distributor Operations

  • Lead distributor business reviews and performance management discussions
  • Ensure effective inventory management, stock availability, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor distributor compliance with company policies and standards

Strengthen Route-to-Market Execution

  • Improve distribution coverage and product availability across General Trade accounts
  • Ensure effective execution of trade programs, promotions, and merchandising activities
  • Drive excellence in field execution and sales fundamentals

Build Capability and Partnerships

  • Coach and develop distributor sales teams to improve productivity and effectiveness
  • Foster strong relationships with distributor owners, managers, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver business goals

Monitor Performance & Insights

  • Analyze sales, distribution, and market data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Recommend actions and strategies to accelerate growth and improve execution

What We Ask

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, distributor management, or general trade operations
  • Strong understanding of General Trade, distributor operations, and route-to-market execution
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and distribution targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and business planning capabilities
  • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be based in or regularly travel across Bohol
  • Fluent in Filipino and English
