At Alaska Milk Corporation, we are committed to nourishing Filipino families with quality dairy nutrition. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will play a vital role in delivering excellent service and ensuring that our products consistently reach customers on time and in full.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process while strengthening collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics—ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience that reflects the Alaska brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Order-to-Cash Excellence
- Process customer orders accurately from order capture to delivery
- Ensure correct pricing, promotions, and order details are applied
- Monitor order fulfillment and proactively address potential issues
Customer-Centric Service
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Build trusted relationships with customers and external partners
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution
- Align with stakeholders to consistently meet service level expectations
Performance Monitoring
- Track service KPIs such as order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze reports and recommend actions to improve service performance
Continuous Improvement
- Support initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
- Contribute to building stronger, more reliable customer service processes
What We Ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or FMCG operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Fluent in Filipino and English
