FrieslandCampina Professional Philippines is looking for a Customer Journey Execution Specialist to support commercial and marketing teams in delivering seamless, customer‑focused touchpoints across both online and offline channels for the Alaska brand.
This role is critical in sustaining the company’s strong growth trajectory, with the business having doubled in size over the past two years and targeting further expansion by 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Support planning and implementation of marketing initiatives aligned with channel and market strategies
- Lead fairs and exhibitions end‑to‑end, including concept development, agency coordination, and execution
- Ensure brand consistency and proper use of marketing materials
- Manage physical assets such as innovation rooms, modules, fixtures, and premium items
Portfolio & Category Support
- Assist in new product development from ideation to launch
- Contribute insights for 12Q planning through category and market analysis
Financial Tracking
- Monitor A&P expenses (PR, PO, GR) and provide monthly tracking updates
- Manage documentation for finished goods used in activations and partnerships
Customer Activation Support
- Assist in customer engagement activities, including activations, training, and partnerships
- Track KPIs such as leads, promo performance, and engagement metrics
- Maintain lead database and coordinate with external partners
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and external agencies
What We Ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing execution, or digital customer experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Digitally savvy, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and digital platforms
- Strong project management and coordination capabilities
- Customer-focused with a strong curiosity for consumer insights and behavior
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
- Fluent in both Filipino and English
