Acts as the main Supply Chain contact in customer teams, driving operational efficiency and ensuring excellent service that supports Alaska Milk Corporation’s commitment to nourishing Filipino families.

We are looking for a Customer Facing Logistics Specialist who will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships while ensuring efficient and reliable supply chain operations.

This role serves as the primary Supply Chain representative within customer teams, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies, improve service delivery, and create win-win outcomes that support both customer success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Partnership & Collaboration

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers
  • Act as the main Supply Chain point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Align supply chain strategies with customer needs and business plans

Order Fulfillment & Service Excellence

  • Oversee order fulfillment to ensure timely and complete delivery
  • Proactively identify and resolve service or supply challenges
  • Drive consistent service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics teams
  • Ensure alignment across functions to deliver seamless execution
  • Support joint planning and forecasting activities with customers

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service level, on-time delivery, order accuracy)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Lead or support initiatives that enhance customer experience and supply chain effectiveness

What We Ask 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer-facing roles (FMCG is an advantage)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Fluent in Filipino and English
